What we are looking for:
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects
-
Plan all tools and accessories for ordering and procurement, tool list, equipment list, material list
-
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
-
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
-
Create site layout plan and staging
-
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
-
Review and coordinate required Permit Inspections

Oversee Master Schedule and create Three Week Look Ahead Schedule
-
Provide Phasing Plan for Subcontractor Coordination
-
Coordinate Roll-off Dumpsters for Waste Removal.

Daily Reports and Progress Photos
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
-
Familiarity with construction management software
-
Strong leadership qualities
-
Strong negotiation skills
-
Deadline and detail-oriented
